Questions people ask
Is the number a real Malaysian SIM?
Yes. Numbers are on physical SIM cards at our supplier. That is why WhatsApp and Telegram accept them where VoIP numbers are rejected.
How long do I keep the number?
Ten minutes by default — long enough for any verification SMS. After that the order ends and the number returns to the pool. It is not for long-term use.
What if the code does not arrive?
The order expires at the end of the window and the full price goes back to your balance automatically. Try another route or another number.
Can I use it for Shopee or Lazada seller accounts?
You can receive the verification SMS. Whether the platform later asks for further verification is up to the platform — we only handle the SMS step.
Do you keep the SMS?
The message is stored with your order so you can look it up later. Nobody else sees it. See the privacy policy.
